2020 Symposium

The Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law’s Journal of Human Rights and the Journal of Ethiopian Law, Addis Ababa University School of Law, are pleased to announce the “Human Rights and Access to Justice in Ethiopia” Symposium. Presenters and panelists will include leading scholars and practitioners from Ethiopia’s law schools, public institutions, and bar associations, as well as scholars and practitioners from the United States and from around the world.

Judge Williams, a trailblazer and leader, today heads Jones Day’s efforts in advancing the rule of law, trial advocacy, and the justice system in Africa. She will be providing remarks on international human rights law and access to justice.
